this baby monitor works, but we hear static non-stop. We hear the baby clearly when he makes a sound, but when everything is quiet we hear a continuous static.
I have been using this product for more than a year now. It is proving very worthy.
We live in a three level house. I can hear my daughter( who is in the bedroom upstairs) crying or cooing in the basement.
SO I would highly recommend this product.
