Safety 1st Glow and Go Duo Baby Monitor, White Review

Safety 1st Glow and Go Duo Baby Monitor, White Review
The only thing this monitor picked up was static. I could go scream into the baby monitor and the parent receivers still wouldn't hear anything but static. The baby monitor MUST be plugged into the wall, because it eats through batteries like nothing else. The nightlight feature looked nice on the box, but to turn it on you press down on the unit. Sometimes gravity will press down for you and it will cycle on and off rapidly (VERY ANNOYING).

P.S. I took them camping, and they worked decently. They would pick up the baby crying if all electronic devices were off. So if you have no other electronic devices in your home AND you don't live near anyone who has any electronic devices, these are for you!
This is my first baby monitor, so I don't have anything else to compare it to. For the most part it works great in our small apartment. We have one parent monitor in the living room and one in the bedroom. The mic on the baby monitor is great. I have it across the room from my twins' cribs and can hear everything. I like the light up feature...as my husband and I might be watching tv or standing on our patio and all I have to do is look to see if it is lighting up if I can't hear anything. The temperature feature is nice, but not one I rely on. The only con is that sometimes our cell phones and even our computer (which is nearby) cause static.
