I saw the product mentioned as NEW and after placing the order, I recieved a used product which has lot of scratches.. But I tried contacting them for atleast 4-5times to replace...no luck..no response....
This product feels like poor quality, but seems to work fine. The converter so you can plug it in is rather worthless. Plan to use batteries.
